Spacious ground floor flat with parking and garden.

Hoping to welcome a considerate, fun housemate on short-term or part-time basis, open to discuss.

Double room with a good firm mattress, cupboard and side table.
Fruit, coffee and teas (so many!) available any time.
Personal towels, shampoo, soap, new toothbrush etc all available if needed.

You are welcome to use the kitchen; hob, microwave, air fryer, fridge. Reasonable use of kitchen pantry items included. At cost charge for other things like tins, pasta, eggs etc.

There's a wonderful yard for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening; its a sun trap most of the year.

I work fairly normal hours during the week on various projects, from home some days.
Generally try to get out and about at weekends, often have friends round for dinner/drinks and go to plenty of gigs or pub ventures through the week.

Handy shops nearby, Co-Op or Morrisons not quite a 10 minute walk.
Few minutes to the bus stop for No. 12, 36, 63 and a few more.
On street parking and use of drive when I'm away.
