A pretty well maintained beach hut with double opening timber doors opening directly on to a good sized elevated decked terrace measuring 11’10” x 8’9” (3.38m x 2.71m) with the panoramic 180 degree views of the Isle of Wight, Needles to the east through to Christchurch Bay and Bournemouth to the west. Directions: From Milford-on-Sea village centre, proceed out of the village in a westerly direction along the High Street, joining Park Lane (B3058), which on reaching the clifftop, becomes Cliff Road. Take the second left into the car park (with the kiosk) then walking away from the village and take the last set of steps. At the first tier turn right and No.17 is immediately on your left hand side located close to the tap and shower
